Why keeps.so Exists

Lifetime deals usually launch on one of two kinds of channels: a big marketplace that takes a significant cut and decides which products get listed, or a long tail of smaller deal sites where a real LTD sits next to subscription promos, time-bound discounts, and listings nobody verified.

keeps is a third option. Free to submit, no revenue share, no exclusivity. The catch: we only list true lifetime deals. No 5-year licenses dressed up as lifetime, no "lifetime + annual maintenance fee", no asterisks.

What "True Lifetime" Means Here

Before a product goes live, an admin opens the deal URL and confirms the offer in writing. We reject:

• Time-bound licenses (5-year, 10-year, "extended access") marketed as lifetime.
• Deals with mandatory recurring fees — maintenance, hosting, support contracts.
• Deals where "lifetime" means lifetime of the product, with no commitment to keep the product running.
• Anything that looks more like a long subscription than a one-time purchase.

How It Works

1. Makers submit a product with a direct link to the LTD pricing page, screenshots, and a launch date.
2. We verify the deal manually — open the URL, confirm the terms, approve or reject with a reason.
3. The product launches on its scheduled day, competes on the leaderboard for 24 hours, then gets archived. The page stays indexed so the deal remains discoverable for as long as it's offered.
